First, I am in no way, shape or form an expert at this topic. None of us are the perfect parent and none of us have all of the right answers. This Sunday morning at 9:00 AM, I will begin a 12 week study titled “12 Huge Mistakes that Parents can avoid”. This study is meant for all. Some of us may be in the “been there, done that” stage… Some of us may be in the “I’m knee deep in this” stage… Some of us may be in the “This conversation really scares me” stage. But we all have input to help our church family navigate this struggle that we all face. This is a subject matter that we all know very well because everyone is either a grandparent, a parent or has been a child at some point in their lives. My goal with this class is that everyone, no matter what stage you see yourself in, becomes a stronger version of who you are right now and a stronger version of who you will become… but most importantly, that your relationship with your heavenly parent becomes stronger in the process. I look forward to seeing everyone on Sunday morning.
